I fear to become too muscular by lifting weights: myth VS reality

One of the most common concerns, especially among beginners, is the Fear of becoming “too bulky” from lifting weights? Many women believe that strength training will make them look overly muscular or masculine, but as Juice & Toya explain in their video, this is a myth that holds many back from achieving their fitness goals.


Lifting weights a few times a week will not cause sudden, extreme muscle growth. Instead, moderate training will help you to:
