Refund Policy

At RYZZFIT, we believe in flexibility, fairness, and transparency. Since we operate on a no-contract basis, we aim to provide a straightforward refund policy that ensures the best experience for our clients while complying with Berlin’s consumer protection laws (including the German Civil Code – BGB).

Please read this policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and special cases.

1. Refunds & Cancellations for Personal Training and Classes

1.1. Single Sessions & Class Packages

  • You can cancel or reschedule a booked session/class up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): No refund will be issued, but we may allow rescheduling in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies).

1.2. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Since we do not require contracts, you are free to cancel your monthly subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded, but your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

2. Refunds for Online Programs & Digital Products

  • Purchases of online training programs, digital meal plans, and e-books are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to the purchased content, we will provide support or offer a replacement.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In the following cases, we may consider partial or full refunds:

3.1. Medical Conditions

  • If you are unable to continue training due to a serious medical condition (e.g., injury, surgery, or long-term illness), you may request a refund for unused sessions.

  • A doctor’s certificate may be required to process the request.

3.2. Relocation

  • If you permanently move outside of Berlin and cannot continue training at RYZZFIT, you may be eligible for a partial refund for any unused prepaid sessions or packages.

  • Proof of relocation (e.g., rental agreement, deregistration document) may be required.

3.3. Dissatisfaction with Services

  • If you are not satisfied with a training session, we encourage you to speak with us immediately. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will assess complaints on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards or vouchers (unless required by law).

  • Discounted promotional offers (e.g., Black Friday deals, introductory trial packages).

  • Missed sessions (no-shows without cancellation).

  • Customized meal plans and fitness programs once delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your booking details, including the date of purchase and the service you wish to cancel.

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request (medical, relocation, dissatisfaction, etc.).

  4. Attach any required documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, relocation proof).

We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days using the original payment method. If payment was made via cash, a bank transfer may be required.

6. Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights in Berlin

Our refund policy aligns with German consumer protection laws, including:

  • BGB § 355 (Right of Withdrawal) – For online purchases, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal periodunder EU law. However, this does not apply to services that have already been used or customized products(e.g., personalized training plans).

  • BGB § 307 (Fair Contract Terms) – We operate without long-term contracts, ensuring you are never locked into a commitment.

  • BGB § 812 (Unjust Enrichment Law) – If a refund is issued, we may deduct the value of any sessions already attended.
